Delivery Charges

• Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over £50.
• Recorded delivery to mainland UK addresses for orders under £50 starts at only £2.
• All postage rates reflect the actual weight of your order, some sites charge a blanket fee which is wasted if you are only buying light items such as stickers. With us you only pay what is due.

Paying by Cheque

Payment details can be found in the e-mail you received after placing your order.

How long does it take to arrive?

• Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
• 1st Class delivery to UK mainland address takes 1-3 working days (Royal Mail advise that 92% of first class mail is currently arriving the next day). 

Your Package Will Look Like This 

We are committed to your total satisfaction

• All products are shipped securely in a padded envelope or box.
• All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by Business Post Courier.
• Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days.
• Most of our products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days before becoming concerned.
• If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you.
• If any questions should arise, regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.

Not going to be in during the day
If you are not going to be in during the day and don't want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot if you miss your delivery we can deliver to your work address as long as your state your billing address first when ordering.
